OVERVIEW
This proposal has specifically been designed for the Sailing Club Nha Trang. It is meant to deliver
value for both parties and aims to build a long-term relationship. The proposal is based on the
below key points:

WINE SELECTION
Around 100 hundred wines available from our price list including banqueting, pouring wines,
middle range and premium. BM Wine has currently 5 wine regions including:
1. France
2. Italy
3. Spain
4. Germany
5. Australia
6. South Africa (New listing) coming soon
Please note, BM Wine has actively been increasing its wine portfolio. You will be able to see
from the price list the new listing on arrival. You will be notified as soon as the new labels will
be available for purchase.

CASH REBATE
In addition to the already offered discounted price, we are pleased to offer an additional
discount based on On Target Turnover.

The above matrix shows details of cash rebate based on volume and progressive cash incentive
per bottle.
TRAINING
Training on selected wine labels will be available once to twice per year. This will be a one
session training on premises. A training manual will be provided.

CREDIT TERMS
A credit account is available. Purchased goods will need to be paid 30 days from the first
purchase. The cash rebate will be repaid to you every 6 months from the beginning of the
contract. This can be negotiated further based on both parties needs.

SERVICE
BM Wine has not a warehouse in Nha Trang yet but it is one of our short-term objectives. For
the mean time goods will be sent out from our HCMC warehouse with a delivery time of
between 3 to 4 days.

ADVERISING
A plus service BM Wine is always keen to offer to its partners comes through free advertising.
This is done through our marketing channels where your hotel will be continuously promoted
on a routine basis. You are welcome to provide us with any special events details or areas of
your business that you would like to be advertised

PROMOTIONS
We will be keeping you up to date with any coming promotions. These promotions will only be
relevant on wines not being currently listed by Marriott and will not account towards cash
rebate targets
CONCLUSION

elements and bases to start a long-lasting relationship with BM Wine. As mentioned above, we
are offering you generously discounted prices with additional discount on targets Sales.
Together with the cash rebate the package includes training and promotions which will help in
increasing wine revenue through your F&B outlets and deliver generous margins, continuously
advertising your products and services through our marketing channels and support the Sailing
Club Nha Trang in any other possible way stated or not stated in this proposal.
