REGARDING: NO OBJECTION LETTER FOR MR. CHIAMA JAMES EJIKE

I am writing to certify that Mr. Chiama James Ejike has been in the employment of ELN NIGERIA LIMITED
since 16th January 2023, serving as a Business Research Analyst on a full-time basis. His annual salary
package is Six Million Four Hundred Thousand Naira (N6,000,000).

Mr. Ejike has expressed his intention to visit Kaunas, Lithuania, to represent ELN NIGERIA LIMITED at a
business conference, for which he requires a Schengen tourist visa. We hereby confirm that our
organization has no objection to his visit to Kaunas, Lithuania, for a period of five days.

Furthermore, we have approved Mr. Ejike's travel leave for five days, commencing from 21st May 2024
to 26th May 2024. He is expected to resume his duties on 27th May 2024.
