Executive Summary
My name is Muhammad Tayyab Malik, and I did an internship at Khairpuri
Restaurant in Bahawalpur from January 1, 2024, to March 5, 2024. During my
internship, my main job was to handle the restaurant's social media, like Facebook
and Instagram.

I worked on making cool and interesting posts that people would like and share. This
helped more people find out about our restaurant and what we serve. I also talked to
people who visited our pages, answered their questions, and made sure they liked
interacting with us.

One big part of my job was to come up with new ideas for posts and ways to get more
people to follow us. I learned how to see if our ideas were working by looking at how
many new people started following us and how many liked our posts.

This experience taught me a lot about how to use social media to attract customers
and make a business more popular. It was a great way to learn things that will help me
in the future.

This report documents my internship experience at Khairpuri Restaurant, where I


served as a Social Media Marketing Intern from January 1, 2024, to March 5, 2024.
The primary objective of this internship was to enhance the restaurant's online
presence through effective social media strategies.

Khairpuri Restaurant, a well-known establishment in Bahawalpur, has carved a niche


for itself with its unique blend of traditional and modern culinary offerings. Situated
at a prime location on Multan Road, Karachi Morr, the restaurant attracts a diverse
clientele, ranging from local residents to travelers passing through the area.

The restaurant's commitment to quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction has


been pivotal in its success. Khairpuri Restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, each
prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes that have been passed down
through generations. The restaurant's ambiance, combining modern aesthetics with
cultural elements, provides a welcoming environment for diners.

During my internship, I was entrusted with various responsibilities that spanned


different aspects of social media marketing. My primary role was to enhance the
restaurant's online presence and engage with its audience through strategic social
media campaigns. This involved content creation, audience analysis, and campaign
management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

One of my key tasks was to develop a content calendar that outlined the themes,
topics, and types of posts for each day. This required a deep understanding of the
restaurant's brand identity, target audience, and current trends in the food and
beverage industry. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas,
create visually appealing graphics, and write engaging captions that would resonate
with the audience.
