• Manage all verticals under sales (telesales, bookstores, direct sales, teacher agents, and any other vertical we
create).
• Think and create new sales channels that will get us to our targets.
• Track and monitor the performance of every vertical and every team member to ensure we are operating
efficiently and working towards hitting our targets.
• Proactively track, analyze and report key sales metrics on a daily basis.
• Analyze our sales performance and come up with plans and strategies that match the company’s targets.
• Manage, coach, motivate and inspire the team to extract the most value out of them
• Follow up on every single sales lead we get and work on optimizing our conversion metrics to maximize our
sales.
