4.5 THE HSE ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring the activities are carried
out as per project specific safety rules and regulations.

4.6 THE SURVEY ENGINEER is responsible for the setting out.

4.7 THE THIRD PARTY shall be responsible for testing certifying the use of
tower crane before operation.
