DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS XIth

1. Class 10th Marksheet must be issued by DG Locker app.

2. Certificate of caste (SC / ST / OBC) if any.
3. Aadhaar Card of the child.
4. Bank passbook of the child.
5. Doctor’s report for height (cms) and weight(kgs).
6. Both mother and father Aadhaar Card .
7. Both mother and father Voter I-Card issued by Delhi Election
Commission.
8. Ration Card issued by Delhi Govt. if any.
ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENT IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER

1. Duly Filled Admission Form with Signature of Mother /

Father / Guardian on the proper place and paste
photograph of student on proper place.

3. DG – Locker Marksheet
4. Certificate of caste (SC / ST / OBC) if any.
5. Student Aadhaar Card
6. Student Bank Passbook
7. Student Doctor’s Report of height and weight
8. Father and Mother Aadhaar Card
9. Father and Mother Voter I-Card
10. Ration Card
