Level: Junior and Medium

Department: CG
Type of Position: Full-Time Contract
Office Location: Bali

Key Areas of responsibilities:

• Manage and accomplish render assignments deployed from Lead/Supervisor/Production coordinator
• Create and submit render layers to the render farm.
• Collaborate with lighting/comp team.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve render related issues.
• Produce good quality work – using well planned thought process
• Manage work quotas and deliver assigned work responsibilities based on workflow and schedule
• Remain current and up-to-date on applicable animation techniques and software’s
• Train, mentor or supervise the work of entry animator

Required Experience/Professional Skills:

• Willing to be located in Denpasar, Bali full time
• Minimum 1 years of experience in 3D animation (Junior Level)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D animation (Medium Level)
• Strong knowledge of basic principles of animation.
• Have a good eye, recognise what makes an image look good in terms of lighting effects, colour,
composition and perspective
• Attention to detail: be able to scrutinise the media and work on compositions until they appear cohesive
and consistent
• Working to deadlines: work within given timeframes, be able to complete work under pressure
• Knowledge of compositing programs: Nuke or node based composting and Photoshop
• Adept at troubleshooting difficult tasks that lack a straightforward solution, without overly complicating the
work.
• A basic understanding of 3D compositing and multi-pass compositing is a plus.
• knowledge of basic photography and camera work
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.
• Task Driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Nice to have: Python/Mel experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to work through an iterative process
