RSA SecurID - Quick Reference Guide
Important Note! Performing this task will disable your hard token (key fob) and require
you to utilize your mobile device to connect to EY resources. If you work in a location, or
client site, that does not allow you to carry your mobile device, you should NOT continue
with this procedure.

Prerequisites
1. You must be an existing RSA user with a SecurID hardware token.
2. You must be logged onto the EY Network to access the RSA SecurID Self Service Portal,
either hard wired or through Corportate WiFi in an EY office or remotely using EYRC.
3. The smart mobile device -that is used for soft token enablement must be an iOS or Android
device (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Samsung).

Important Note! You must be logged onto the EY network and have your hard token and
mobile device with data service or WIFI, to perform this process. Your mobile device
must also have a working camera.

To download the mobile app, please go to the Access the RSA Self Service Portal that aligns
app store for your device - Apple App Store or to your global region. If you are unsure of what
Google Play Store and search for the RSA region you are in, click here.
