CHECK LIST – UKG

1. Books and crayons will be provided by the school and retained in the class.
2. A folder will be given to you with the following things on the Parent workshop day.
• White Temporary id card
• Personal record (2)
• Yellow pick up card (to be carried by the Parents/ Drivers/ Authorized person picking up
the child)
• Pouches for id cards and 2 safety pins
3. All personal belongings of your child should be labelled (water bottle, snack box, lunch box, napkin,
pencil box, pencils, bag, umbrella, shoes and socks and uniforms.)
4. Children can wear black sandals to school only on rainy days.
5. Please note that on 05 June 2024 (reopening day),
• Children need to wear duly filled in temporary ID card.
• Folder given has to be returned along with
➢ 4 Photographs of the child in uniform – (1 Passport size and 3 Stamp size)
➢ Personal Record (2) duly filled with photograph pasted.
➢ A labelled pouch for crayons (24 colours) has to be sent.
6. Please do not send him/her to school, if he/she has fever, throat pain, running nose or any mild
symptoms of illness.
7. If absent, inform school office before 10.30 AM.
8. Please make sure girls wear white bloomers under the uniform and boys wear vest and briefs.
9. An extra set of clothes including inner wear to be kept in the school bag always (to be checked
regularly and replaced every week).
10. Time table for swimming classes will be informed later.
11. Pencil box with 3 sharpened pencils and an eraser to be brought everyday (no fancy boxes and
sharpeners are allowed). Please ensure that the pencils are sharpened every day.
12. Weekly introduction of all topics will be done on Fridays and the respective review will be done on the
following Fridays.
13. Worksheets done in the class will be sent home periodically and should be filed for reference.
14. Handbook to be checked, signed and sent every day in a waterproof pouch(A4 size).
15. Sending messages on mobile phones in the mornings and during school hours should strictly be
avoided. All communication should be through the Handbook. In case of emergency, please contact
school office.
16. Teachers may be contacted, if required, on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 7.00 PM and 8.00
PM only.
