The provided infographic demonstrates the process of electric power is

generated from a type of fossil fuels. Overall, the process of generating
electricity from coal involves four main stages with numerous sub-step,
initiating with coal are delivered to the power plant and culminating in which
electricity is manufactured in two distinct ways. This sophisticated linear
procedure requires the assistance of several specific devices.

In the initial step, mined coal is dispatched by lorry to the power plant, before
being carried on conveyor belt to furnace. The coal that is then burned with
oxygen is pumped into. and this produces raw syngas, which removes some
harmful substances, including CO2, mercury and sulfur. Subsequently, purified
syngas power gas turbines, which connect to the generator in order to generate
electricity.

In the subsequent stage, the gas turbine also generates hot exhausted gas, which
is then pinned into a professionally-designed device namely heat recovery steam
generator, so as to transfer heat into steam. In the final stage, generated steam
drive steam turbine and produced electric energy is carried along the national
electricity network to fulfill manufacturing and residential purposes.
