Many people believe that good planning is the key factor to success
in life, while others believe that other factors like hard work or luck are important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
The most significant elements contributing to one's success in life
has always been a heatedly-debated topic in today’s society. While it is argued by some that planning skill is essential to ensure the life success of each and every individual, I am more convinced that diligence and fortune are of equal measure.
On the one hand, it is understandable that some advocate the
perspective that in order to accomplish life goals, an individual has to establish a final target. First and foremost, a detailed and accurate goal helps individuals to observe the whole large picture of their life purpose, so imagining the future scenario will implement a workable solution to address several obstacles or take timely adjustment. As a result, those with clear planning are able to attain their career promotion in a short amount of time without wasting much time, energy and huge financial investment. Additionally, achievable targets stimulate individuals to make constant effort to obtain their chosen purpose, since they know for sure the beneficial outcome once goals are achieved. In other words, social members with established goals normally step forwards to their designated destination faster than those without a certain aim in life.
On the other hand, despite the abovementioned upside of specific
schedule, I gravitate towards the standpoint that some people defining elements play a crucial role in one’s life achievement. Regarding fortune, which is generally considered as a short-term driving contributor to successful life, each person is facilitated in their career path if they are financially supported by their parents. However, this financial assistance hardly ensures their long-life success, just merely the early days in their career path. The reason behind this fact is that they face no financial hiderance can allot to their business without waiting for others’ investment or loan. More importantly, in subsequent stages, individuals still have to deal with numerous obstacles, so the indispensable drivers to their achievement are perseverance. The key rationale in favor of this reality is that each individual never gives their established goal. even though they undergo various hardships and failures rather than make tremendous attempts to gain more in-depth knowledge about their professional field, practical experience and hands-on skills. In conclusion, I reaffirm that notwithstanding the undeniable merit of setting up a life plan, other contributors such as fortune and diligence are equally significant to guarantee one’s life-long success.
