Based on this video, I have learned and gained more information about what marketing management

is, what are the objectives of marketing management and what the process of marketing
management is.

Marketing management is a method of controlling the marketing aspects, fixing a company’s

goals, organizing the plans, making decisions for the firm, and performing them to get the maximum
turnover. Marketing can be defined as the set of activities and processes for creating, delivering,
communicating, and exchanging offerings that have value for consumers, clients, and society.

Marketing management is important because it helps us to take the right branding decisions
at the right time, and it generates new business ideas. There are five processes of marketing
management which are market and customer analysis, development of strategy, product
development, marketing program implementation and keep evaluating, modifying, and repeating the
strategies.

Next, the objectives of marketing management are to attract new customers, satisfy
customer’s needs, increase profitability, increase market share, and create good public reputations.
