Position Responsibilities & Requirements

Name
• Responsible for performing support to network planning activities on Nokia CS IMS Core domain.
• Coordinate and communicate with the customer, third parties and internal departments to plan the network
• Identify, forecast the network related capacity
• Maintaining network topology information, performance evaluation.
• Core technical development investment.
• Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, may also design network and computer security measures. Research and recommend network and data
communications hardware and software.
Core • Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
Eng. • At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with Mobile network network planning of Telecom Operators or Managed Services
providers,
• Familiar with Nokia IMS/CS technical skills and able to troubleshooting MSC/MGW/HLR/HSS/SBC/IMS issue at daily work, and analyze CS/IMS typical signaling
flow.
• Have good command of CS/IMS Core network planning, capacity analysis, and integration interconnection. Be able to analyze live network KPIs in MS projects
and output analysis report.
• Have Huawei experience will be higher priority.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with other departments to complete assignments
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
• Have cross-domain capabilities and be able to lead the analysis and optimization of cross-project networking policies and formulation and implementation of
frequency re-planning policies in medium- and large-sized network optimization projects.
• Support pre-sales expansion and service development tasks, independently complete solution development and macro analysis, and identify and mitigate risks
RF Eng. in advance.
• Summarize cases and service requirements, and promote the application of successful experience.
• Support delivery in network optimization projects, support pre-sales expansion and service development tasks, independently complete solution development
and macro analysis, and identify and mitigate risks in advance.
 • Undertake RF planning and optimization delivery, support pre-sales expansion or service development, complete tasks according to the SOP, output quality
deliverables, and pass the acceptance of internal and external customers.
• Value delivery: According to the corporate SD7.3/7.10 process, undertake the network optimization technology and RPM work in the delivery of extra-large and
large-scale local network engineering optimization and special optimization projects, analyze and cope with the delivery solution, develop the project delivery
objective, delivery technical solution, and project plan according to the contract, and manage the delivery process. The purpose is to ensure the delivery quality,
delivery target achievement, customer satisfaction, and workload acceptance.
• Formulation and implementation of local network and scenario-based solutions: Based on Huawei SD7.4 process and network quality requirements and
objectives, formulate scenario-based wireless network parameter strategies and baselines to support network quality improvement and user experience
assurance, implement corresponding solutions, and manage and support quality issue resolution. including network quality problem analysis, user experience
assurance, solution formulation for special scenarios, and user complaint analysis.
• Network performance assurance for key events: Implement assurance for key events in the region and ensure that the network quality and experience for key
events meet the assurance objectives.
• Participate in network delivery solution review, solution preparation, and solution implementation during Datacom engineering delivery.
• Analyze and locate problems in the live network, restore customer network services in a timely manner, and ensure customer network security.
• Communicate with the customer about delivery issues and answer customer technical questions.
• Experience and Knowledge of VLAN, TRUNK, STP are required

IP • Experience and Knowledge of LAN/WAN, ISIS/OSPF/BGP, MPLS, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, inter-AS VPN are required.
Network • Experience and Knowledge of configure Huawei Datacom devices is required.
Engineer • Experience and Knowledge of commission, integration, and maintenance procedure is required.
• Experience for live network troubleshooting is preferred.
• English as a working language is required
• Network certification (HCIE/HCIP/CCIE/CCIE/JNCIE/JNCIP) is preferred.
