Notification
The undersigned is directed to convey the sanction of the Government of
the People's Republic of Bangladesh in favour of Group Captain Muhammed
Kamrul Islam tBDlB766t, Engineering, Executive Director, Hazrat Shahjalal
International Airport, Dhaka an earned leave (ex-Bangladeshl to perform
Holy Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and personal visit to Turkey for
14 (Fourteen) days from 05.01.2023 to 18.01.2023 or the nearest suitable
date excluding transit period.

2. The sanction is subject to the following terms and conditions

(a) He will draw his pay and allowances in local currency. No part of it should
be drawn in foreign currency;
tb) All related expenses of the travel will be borne by himself;
(c) There is no government financial involvement in this regard;
(d) His wife Saeeda Sharmeen Rahman, son Muhammed Ayaan Islam and
daughter Mahnoor Sharmebn Islam will accompany him during this travel
(e) The provision of Rule 34 of Appendix VIII of BSR (Paft-1) is applicable for
this approval. -'
