LETTER OF AGREEMENT

I, Barrister Marcus K Tanwa of "The High Court of Ghana", stand as a witness to an agreement
made on this day 9th of December 2023, between Barrister John D Robert of Paul Wright
Lawirm, Ghana as one part and Ms. Mary Parterson on another part, herein referred to as
party one (1), and party two (2) respectively.
Whereas Barrister John D Robert (party one (1) is a lawyer of Ms. Mary Paterson party one (1)
Whereas during an initial oral agreement, party one (1) agreed to be paid for service after Ms.
Mary Paterson (party two (2)’s estate had been cleared from the bank.
That is an inheritance of a 12 million dollar esate.
IT IS HEREBY AGREES AS FOLLOWS;
A. That Ms. Mary Parteson will only be able to pay Barrister John D Roerbt after the estate has
been cleared from the bank.
B. That An amount of $5000 will be paid to Barrist Joh D Robert for his service to Ms Mary
Paterson.
C. That should any party to his agreement be in breach, any other party to this agreement is
entitled to sue for either enforcement or damages.
D. That for this agreement, the courts of Ghana shall have disputes related to the agreement.
Therefore the parties append their signatures and marks.
