 Why did you choose it? It is the first coffee shop of this
brand in Mallorca. Only 10 in all Spain
 What makes it different? It’s the first Canadian coffee
style shop in Mallorca. It offers products that other
coffee shops don’t have in Spain.

2. Enter and consume one of their products. Each member of the team
should consume a different one.

3. Pay attention to the interior design, product display, product

delivery and form of payment.

4. While consuming the product, try to think of way to improve on the
