The Flooring
and Construction:-
A Platform of 100mm height will be used with Grey
Carpet Flooring.

Back Wall, Store Room, Meeting Room, Reception

Counter, Center Pillar will be constructed using Good
quality MDF with double quote of Acrylic paint on it.
The Furniture:-
The Stand includes the following:-

1. Round Tables = 4 Nos.

2. Chairs = 12 Nos.
3. Sofa Set = 2+1 Sitting
4. Center Table = 1 No. with Sofa Set
5. Bar Stool = 1 No.

The Meeting Room:-

The Meeting Room includes the following:-

1. Rectangle Table = 1 Nos.

2. Chairs = 6 Nos.
3. Power Sockets = 2 Nos.
4. Plants = 2 Nos.
The Store Room:-
The Stand includes the following:-

1. Coffee Machine = Nexpresso Coffee Machine

with 10 pouches of Material

2. Fridge = Small size Fridge

3. Dustbins = 1 Big and 1 small
4. Shelfs = 2 Shelfs
5. Hooks = 4 Hooks for Coat hangers

The Lighting:-
The lightingfor the stand includes:-

1. Conceal Lights = 25 Nos. Approx.

2. Spot Lights = 10 Nos. Approx.
3. Arm Lights = As per requirement

We ensure that sufficient lighting will be

there at the stand.
The Graphic Posters:-
Graphic Posters includes the following:-

1. Company logo = 6 logos at different Places

( as per the design)

2. Graphic Posters = High Quality Digital Posters

will be used with Board

Note:- Sizes of the Posters will be as per the design,

However Exact mesurements will be calculated later on.

The Miscellaneous:-
the stand includes:-

1. LCD = 1 Nos.
2. Master Cleaning = Before Handover

• All Transport and logistics Costs
• Assembly and Dismantling of the

Everything will be taken care of by the

Contractor , the client only needs to
come with samples, attend the fair and
go back.
