Arah Jejak is a youth community that engaged in education, social, and culture.
Since I joined it, I
have been responsible as the committee in department Education. In Education Department, I and other members have a program called BERSAJAK (Belajar Bersama Arah Jejak) where we visit several schools in remote areas in Madura to share the knowledge we obtained from college with other young generations. These activities are expected to be able to provide new knowledge that they do not learn in school. Some of the activities that have been carried out are, in MI Arryadhah Pasongsongan Village with practical activities to make fruit fly traps from wasted bottles. Our team generated this program. The next activity was a 2-days dedication at the Al-Adzimy Islamic Boarding School in Bates Village, Bangkalan Regency with several activities such as waste selection education, education on planting vegetables and fruits in pots, English For Fun, and launching a trail literacy terrace. This activities aim to increase the creativity of pupils in Al-Adzimy Islamic Boarding school. Other than that, I also developed a new program throughout Arah Jejak Instagram. Since I worked as a content creator, so I made educational content on it. For instance, reels content about “How To Be a Good Public Speaker”, sharing about Madura’s Culture, and self-development things. I expect by uploading those contents on social media, It will be able to reach more audiences to spread many bits of knowledge either about education or Madura’s culture. Because the area where we implementing the program is an area that produces a lot of fruits and vegetables. So, me and my team initiated to invite students at the school to learn how to eradicate pests while still environmentally friendly, another thing that concerns us is to introduce them early on to environmentally friendly things.
