Implementation of Hospital Management Information System and Registration

Process for availing Medical treatment at Ispat General Hospital (IGH).
We are pleased to announce that the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) has been
successfully implemented at lGH (Ispat General Hospital). As a result. all our services are now
running on the HMIS platform.
To ensure seamless access to IGH services, it is imperative that all beneficiaries who have been
issued with MTBs (Medical Treatment Books) from the HR-ER&C section (erstwhile Welfare
Section) must register themselves on the HMIS platform.
Tocheck whether youare registered on the HMIS system. plcase follow these steps:
(i) Installthe "IGHCare" app from the Google Play Store.
(ii) Enter your mobile number as mentioned in your MTB for "Login as Patient in the
IGHCare App.
(ii) An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
(iv) Enter the OTP on the app to access various services available.
In case of encountering any issues in receiving the OTP. it may indicate that either the mobile
number is different from the one registered or the beneficiary is not yet registered in the HMIS
system.

Besides the mobile app. the MTB beneficiary can goto website https:/ighcare.sailrsp.co.in , click on
PATEINT LABREPORT and give desired input to login and check registration no (CRNO) and lab
reports, if any.
AllMTB holders are requested to ensure that their information is correct and up-to-date in the HMIS
system. AIl employees, ex-employees, other beneficiaries and their eligible dependants who are
issued with Medical Treatment Book from HR-ER&C (erstwhile Weltare Section) are requested to
register themselves in the IGHCare App. if they haven't already done so., by 15/06/2024 or they will
be deprived of treatment facilities at Ispat General Hospital.
