Hi, my name is Alvin Putra Nurtan and i’ll be interviewing you today

Hi, ****, before we begin, let me tell you a little about our company, were AlvinPutra
Corporation, and we work on telecommunication sector, this interview will last about 15 to
20 minutes.

So, tell me a little about yourself

Sure, I'd be happy to. I recently graduated with a degree in Telecommunication Engineering
from Semarang State Polytechnic. During my time there, I gained experience in
Telecommunication, Electronics, and Software Development. I'm particularly passionate
about Telecommunication Transmission, and I'm excited about the opportunity to further
deepen my knowledge about Telecommunication Engineering

That’s nice!. So, my next question is about strength… what is your greatest strength?
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to Use telecommunication equipment, and network
management, which I developed through my time in my university . For example, during my
internship at icon plus, I was able to manage and monitor a telecommunication network. I
believe this skill will be valuable in addressing a particular challenge or contributing to the
team's success within your company.

I also think that your skill is very valuable for this company!. the next question will be about
your weakness. So, what is your greatest weakness?
I would say one of my weaknesses is my lack of time management, but I've been actively
working on improving it by planning for things and using time management tool For
instance, I've been taking online courses in time management skills and using google
calendar to strengthen this area. I see it as an opportunity for growth, and I'm committed to
continuously improving myself.

Nice!, and what did you learn during your time at university/college?
During my time in Polines, I learned valuable skills such as Electronics, Software,
Telecommunication, Electrical, and Analytics. For example, through projects and coursework
in Telecommunication, I developed strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, I honed my communication skills through presentations and group projects. I'm
grateful for the opportunities I had to learn and grow, and I'm excited to apply these skills in a
professional setting.

And, why do you want this position?

I'm particularly drawn to this position because i have a passion in Telecommunication, which
aligns perfectly with my background and career goals. I'm excited about the opportunity to
Manage your company’s telecommunication infrastructure and contribute to AlvinPutra
Corporation mission or objectives. I believe my experience in Telecommunication makes me
well-suited for this role, and I'm eager to bring my skills to your team.

What kind of salary are you seeking?

I'm open to discussing salary, and I understand that compensation is based on factors such as
skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role. Based on my research and industry
standards for similar positions in this location, I would expect a salary in the range of 5-10
Million Rupiah. However, I'm flexible and ultimately more concerned about finding the right
fit and contributing to the success of the team. I'm also open to discussing additional benefits
or incentives that this company offers.

What do you know about this company?

I've done some research on AlvinPutra Corporation and was impressed by the sheer size of
this company network infrastructure. I admire APC’s mission or values, that align closely
with my own professional values. I'm particularly excited about the opportunity to become
APC’s Telecommunication Engineer and contribute to the company's success in
Telecommunication. Furthermore, I appreciate APC’s policy that favor worker’s right, which
reflects a culture I'd love to be a part of.

Where do you see yourself in five years time?

In five years, I see myself becoming an Telecommunication Planner or Senior at
Telecommunication sector, ideally within a role where I can make the most impact for this
company. I'm committed to learn more things that are related to telecommunication to
contribute to the company's growth and success. I believe that by being a good worker, I can
make a meaningful impact and grow alongside the company. Additionally, I am eager to take
advantage of any opportunities for advancement or additional responsibilities that may arise.
