I would like to dedicate this work to my parents for their full support, love,
patience, sacrifices and much understanding that brings me strength and
encouraged me always to pursue my studies. To my ever-supportive brothers and
sisters, my relatives, friends, and teachers for their love and spiritual support. To our
Almighty God, for His highest divine, grace, guidance and endless blessings that
made all everything possible.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Almighty God for giving
me strength, blessings, wisdom, and direction I needed to finish the internship
training program.

To my family, I want to express my gratitude for your love and never-ending


assistance financially, emotionally, mentally to fulfill my duties and responsibilities as
a student.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Moises A.


Guay, our honorable college dean for the criminal justice system, for his guidance
inspiration, and perseverance in implementing the internship training program on
time and giving the students the necessary tools.

To sir Juan B. To-ong Jr., the internship training program coordinator, I would

like to express my gratitude for his sacrificing valuable time in the completion of all

the requirements for the OJT.

In addition, I want to thank the employees of the Bureau of Fire Protection, the

Philippine National Police, and the Bureau of Jail and Penology for treating us like a

second family. Although I lack enough words to express my gratitude, the

kindnesses I have received from everyone continue to fill my heart.
