Introductory

Founded on February 4th, 2002, Blueprint Business Technologies Limited (BBT) is an

independent, fully owned ICT solutions provider. Our regional office is in Ghana, and there
is significant interest throughout the West African market. Our corporate headquarters are in
Lagos, Nigeria.

BBT has been a leading force in the financial sector for twenty-one (21) years. It specializes
in designing, manufacturing, deploying, and supporting several best-of-breed technology
platforms from several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Today, BBT is one of Nigeria's top ICT firms, driven by innovation and utilizing the most
cutting-edge platforms and technological solutions. BBT is also known for providing
excellent customer service.

Purpose of the Organization - To provide cost-effective and value-added I.T. solutions and
services to our esteemed customers.

BBT business culture values

The core values of BBT are value, growth, knowledge, and value to the organization and the
consumers. They establish a solid, flexible work ethic that prioritizes client pleasure. The
office atmosphere is favourable and helps the workers perform to their full potential. The
necessity for training and development is made necessary by several performance
measurement metrics.

Edgar Schein's organization Culture Model.

• On Mondays, all employees dress in a touch of blue.

• On Fridays, all employees wear casual attire.
• The organization maintains an open-door policy.
• There are sales, payments, and project delivery review meetings every Monday.
• Everyone on staff is open to sharing their thoughts and ideas.

The assumption is that the company has people of different cultures and ethnicities, different

Procurement, and Project management, making BBT a diverse and multi-talented company.

Strategy:
• Build a dedicated team of experts on various information technology solutions for the
growth and development of resources.
• Create a dedicated service delivery team and customer service department that only
provides high-quality services that satisfy customers.
• Plan to Work with other companies, groups, or people inside the I.T. ecosystem to
improve services and broaden the audience.
• Create a product that is specific to the target sectors for expansion.
• Quality after-sales service and support are also crucial.

Challenges:
One of the significant challenges is Structure and process development which the
management is aware.Also, there has been a high staff turnover because of relocation outside
Nigeria, which has affected business continuity. Expanding into other sectors of the
economy, such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Oil Gas, is needed because our
strongholds currently are Financial and Telecommunication and a small quantity of

The Opportunities
• The business will use all the prospects to expand into additional West African
countries.
• The business will utilize the high relocation rate by offering its clients managed
service solutions.
• One of our initiatives is establishing a payment system company (Fintech) by utilizing
our connections to and knowledge of the financial industry.
• The business can benefit from its knowledge of the financial institution by
establishing a data center to host customer infrastructure.
Conclusion

Blueprint Business Technologies Limited is a leader in ICT companies in Nigeria and West
Africa known for its excellent service delivery, driven by innovation and commitment to
