One of the significant challenges is Structure and process development which the
management is aware.Also, there has been a high staff turnover because of relocation outside

economy, such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Oil Gas, is needed because our
strongholds currently are Financial and Telecommunication and a small quantity of
