Dear Investor

We refer to your telephonic enquiry and we require the following documents to be forwarded to our offices.

Please complete, sign and return the enclosed Custody and Settlement Agreement form together with the below mentioned documents.

>An instruction letter requesting Computershare to dematerialise the shares.

> Statement of allocation
> An original certified copy of your identity document, if you use the new identity card, we require both sides of the new identity card.
> An original document certified document issued by SARS reflecting your tax number. If you do not have a tax number, please confirm
this in writing.
> An original certified copy of your bank statement which has been stamped and signed by the banking official. The bank statement should
be in your name; not older than three (3) months; reflecting the bank logo and address details. Kindly note that we do not accept Credit Card, A
home-loan accounts, business accounts, investment accounts, internet bank statements or cancelled cheques to verify your account details.
Alternatively, we will accept a stamped and signed letter from your bankers on a letterhead confirming your bank account details. Please
note that we shall not accept third party banking details.
> An original certified copy of a service bill to verify your Residential Address e.g. rates / electricity bill or telephone bill (not a mobile
telephone account) bearing your name and current residential address. Alternatively you may provide any two of the following retail credit
account statements e.g. Edgars, Jet, Woolworths etc., that reflect your residential address. Please note that all documents should be dated
within the preceding 3 months.

Certification only valid if it states the name, organization and capacity of the person certifying the documentation. Please have the
abovementioned documents certified by a Commissioner of Oaths, Justice of the Peace or Police Station near you.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with us if you find that our service is not satisfactory. In terms of the Financial Advisory and
Intermediary Services Act, 2002 ("FAIS"), we are required to log all complaints and to maintain an internal complaint resolution system.

To lodge a complaint, you may call Action Line on 0861 100 946. Your complaint will immediately be logged and action taken to
resolve the matter. You will be contacted within 24 hours and informed of progress.
