Mr Jordaan chaired the meeting. He welcomed everyone and asked for everyone to work
together and support each other.

HOD advertised. Applications have been checked . interviews. Will be shortlisted

Prefects voting finished. Has been counted and checked. 1 man1 vote will e announced on
Monday. Special function for presenting of badges. Only 3 spoiled ballots. All prefect
marked. Even prefect because tie. Will be four house captains (eagles and falcons)and six
monitors who are not prefects. So all grade 7s have something to do.

Restrictions lifted we can drop staggered times.

Staff uniforms. Go to Mrs Botha to give sizes and cuts. Shirts and jackets. Once we have
sizes order and get done. Mr m gave out houses.

Sport – looking at bringing house competitions back. Some staff will change. Jordaans and
Botha – no formal house.

We need to get PDPs. If we don’t do PDPs we will get first aid training.- for now. Parents
want swimming. Still concerned about Covid. May later in the year.

Computer room – classroom, not a party venue. This morning there was coffee, food etc . no
eating in there. Parents at office can hear what is going on in there. If someone is teaching
there, no one else to go in.

There has been a little …… between staff. Please handle things tactfully and consult with
HODs and
Communications – take concerns to management.

Going into term 2 – extramurals will come back into effect.

Class fundraisers – ice creams onFridays working well. Roster for fund raiser.

There have been complaints about masks in preprimary.

Discussion londt and Ramdular. Encourage house spirit.

Get learners to steps in time.

Mrs Stork – cleaning classrooms has been jacked up.

Mrs Smith – masks and tissues.

Miss Lepera getting marries next week so her and price will be off at times next week.
