Dear Miss YARO,
1. I write, with reference to your application, to offer you admission to this University to pursue a programme leading
to the award of DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING (SANDWICH) at CHNTS - TAMALE

2. The programme comprises two sandwich sessions, with a mandatory structured clinical practice between both
sessions.
3. Upon successful completion of the diploma programme, you will be enrolled into a 2-year diploma top-up
programme leading to the award of BSC. PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING (SANDWICH)
4. This offer is based on available information that you have satisfied the Entry Requirements for the above-
mentioned programme of study.
5. Should the information you provided be found at any time to be false or should you be found to be deficient in the
entry requirements in the course of study, you will be dismissed from the University.
6. The University re-opens for the 2023/2024 Academic Year on SATURDAY 02 SEPTEMBER, 2023.
7. You are required to be in good standing for the full duration of your programme of study. You may be withdrawn
from the University at any time for unsatisfactory academic work or gross misconduct, pursuant to the Statues of
the University.
8. Fees must be paid through any Branch of the listed Banks and Major Post Offices as specified in the Schedule of
Fees. Fees paid are not REFUNDABLE
9. You should indicate in writing whether or not you accept this offer of Admission stating the Programme of study,
your Student Reference Number, and centre of study.
10 You are adviised to send your Letter of Acceptance to the DEPUTY REGISTRAR (ACADEMIC AFFAIRS), KNUST. Any
Acceptance Letter delivered by hand SHALL NOT be processed under any circumstance. Applicants are further
advised, in their own interest, to communicate with the University by correspondence ONLY.
