This is a complaint case filed in the year 2016. It is still

pending at the stage of securing the attendance of the accused
persons. But the complainant and his counsel are absent since more
than five years. Today also no one is present on behalf of the
complainant. From this it appears that the complainant is not
interested in proceeding further in the matter as has no evidence in
order to proceed against the accused persons and the charges alleged
against the accused persons are groundless. Hence, no purpose
would be served by keeping the case pending unnecessarily.
Therefore, the accused persons are discharged under Sec.245 (2)
