Cas Reflections

reflection in each of your experiences. You choose significant moments as the basis for

Four elements assist in the CAS reflective process. The first two elements form the
foundation of reflection.
Describe what happened: retell your memorable moments, identify what was important or

Generate ideas: rethink or re-examine choices and actions; this will increase awareness

Remember reflection can appear in countless forms. You can identify forms of expression
