NOTICE

The Marquette County Election Commission will meet on Wednesday,

June 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Probate Courtroom located on the
ground floor of the Henry A. Skewis Courtroom Annex, 234 W. Baraga
Avenue, Marquette, Michigan.

The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct a hearing and rule on the
clarity and factuality of recall language filed against the following
individuals:

Jennifer Ray – Marquette Area Public School Board Member
