As a professional Quantity Surveyor with more than Five years (5+) of experience in Quantity Surveying,
encompassing pre-contract and post-contract activities, as well as Estimating, I have worked on a diverse range of
projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Sri Lanka. These projects span various fields within Civil Engineering,
including High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure Bridge, Residential Towers, Water Supply
Projects, Interior Fit-Outs, Luxury Hotels, Luxury Villas, Showrooms, and Fit-Out Development Projects.

Pre-Contract

• Taking off quantities and verifying them against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Taking off quantities for
Infrastructure bridge work and cross-referencing them with the BOQ.

• Preparing Subcontractor packages for Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Creating commercial comparisons.
• Taking off quantities for various aspects such as Civil, Landscape, and Interior Fit-Out.
• Preparing and compiling Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications provided by
the Architects from the Concept stage to Tender stage. Studying tender documents (Contractual

Post-Contract

• Measuring the works using AutoCAD, Plan swift and CostX.

• Preparing and submitting interim payment applications to the client, along with necessary supporting
documents.
• Checking and processing the variations submitted by subcontractors.
• Preparing variations and obtaining approval from the consultant, along with the necessary supporting
documents.
• Attending meetings with subcontractors to finalize payments.
• Visiting the site to verify subcontractor work and physical measurements. Maintaining subcontractor
invoices and certifying payments.

• Preparation of monthly cost-value reconciliations and financial reports.
