HR ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Assist Staff Performance Evaluation and Monitor Attendance
 Process Payroll & Timekeeping (computation including overtimes)
 Coordinate, Assist in the recruitment selection process in hiring of applicants to be assign in the
Site
 Conduct site interview and update status to ma’am ivy.
 Making Manpower request form and submit it to Ma’am Ivy
 Updating 13th Month pay of staffs
 Process Government Mandated Benefits (
 Preparing and Releasing of Pay slips
 Preparing Payroll of Cook
 Update and Maintain HR data base such as 201 file, Master list and flow of Organizational Chart
to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information.
 Provide support & ideas related to human resource -- to the Organizational Development
As well as giving employees information regarding HR Related concern
 Keep record of organization chart and job description of all T1CCTBC Staff
 Provides copy of leave forms, irregular attendance form, applicant evaluation form and employee
evaluation form and file them accordingly
 Issue certificate of employment to the employees requesting for legal purposes
 Prepare Job Offer & Job Contract for new hired employees day of work as well as
Collecting pre-employment requirements
 Create and Implement Memos ordered by Management regarding company policy,
Rules and regulation
 Create & Issue Holiday Memo’s and CC T1 HR and Prompt
 Received & file approved request letter for Transfer of Workers
 Received & file approved leaves of employees
 Process last pay and quitclaim of resigned employees
 Report & Update status to Ma’am Ivy for guidance and recommendations of all HR related
concerns.
 Assist staffs regarding all HR concerns

CONSTRUCTIONS (ADMIN)
 Prepare Payroll of Admin workers
 Counter Check money from T1 office.
 Disbursement of Salary and releasing of pay slip (Every Saturday)
 Coordinate to the Project in charge regarding Admin issues.
 Create and implement rules and regulations ordered by the construction manager.
 Monitoring of Performance Evaluation ( Every End of the month)
 Respond to admin workers questions (Re. Concerns and issues from the site)
