Introduction

SWOT analysis is a useful management tool that allows you to assess an organization's
current position in the market, understand industry trends, and strategize for the future.
It makes it easier to define strategies to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses,
as well as taking advantage of opportunities and facing threats that have been identified
in the analysis.
It is done in the form of a matrix, this is divided into four, in internal analysis those that
are classified into internal forces, we find the strengths and weaknesses that the
company has. Strengths are the strengths, what they do well and that they can take
advantage of to shine in the market, they will tell us the skills that the company has that
make it different from its competitors, On the contrary, weaknesses will show us the
factors that make us in an unfavorable position compared to our competitors.
In external analysis we find external forces, they are divided into opportunities and
threats. In opportunities we find the possibilities that we must take into account the
possible future. In other words, the new markets in which the organization has a place,
and the threats allow us to warn about the factors that can endanger the survival of the
company, emphasis must be placed on the sector and competition.
The objective of this analysis is that the company, based on the information it obtains
about its situation, can make the decisions or organizational changes that best adapt to
the demands of the market and the economic environment.
Below we will analyze the SWOT of the company Highly Brill Leisure Center.

Conclusion

With the analysis obtained we can indicate that the company Highly Brill Leisure Center
is the first center in the area to receive the ISO 9002 Quality Standard, it will allow it to
improve its processes, optimize its efficiency, maintain high quality standards, which will
translate into greater customer satisfaction, by having this type of standard the company
will be more attractive to customers and improve its competitive position in the market.
It is recommended to the company to implement wave machines, whirlpool equipment
in order to be more attractive to its customers and not lose potential customers who
require to use the facilities, it is also necessary to make improvements to the façade of
the shopping center without losing the architecture, A study must be carried out and
information must be collected from the canteen of the leisure center to detect the
shortcomings, when finding the weaknesses, improvements can be implemented so that
it is profitable for the company and attractive for the collaborators.
The company must expand its segmentation in order to reach people over 55 years of
age, it must promote and generate alliances with the companies that are in the
shopping center in order to expand its customer portfolio and make it more profitable
and position itself in the market.
With good management, strategies can be established, through planning, organization,
direction, control and the efforts of the collaborators, the objectives and goals of the
Highly Brill Leisure Center company can be achieved.
