RE: SETTLEMENT OF OUTSTANDING LOAN BALANCES

To the Board of Directors:

This letter is to hereby confirm and acknowledge that I, Roselle Soriano, resident of 67C
H.R. Ocampo St., UP Diliman Quezon City, have a remaining loan balance at UP Credit
Cooperative at the time of my resignation, and it has the authority to offset my final
pay/separation pay with my loan balances.

As for my remaining loan balances after deducting my final/separation pay, I promise to

pay the monthly installment by issuing postdated checks as an assurance that I will
responsibly pay it until fully paid.
