CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and entered by and between:

DIANARA R. BAGOS of legal age, a Filipino citizen, with address at No. B14
L3A Berlin St., Villa Olympia, Phase 1, Barangay Maharlika, San Pedro
City Laguna, hereinafter called the SELLER;

-AND-

MARIA RANELYN R. MADRIÑAN of legal age, Filipino, married to JOHN

BERNARD MADRIÑAN with address at B15A Village B, Barangay UP
Campus Diliman, Quezon City, hereinafter called the BUYER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a motor vehicle particularly described as

follows:

Plate No.: NIR6637
Color: Red Metallic

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell and the BUYER has agreed to buy the
above-mentioned motor vehicle as described above, subject to the following terms and
conditions:

1. That the consideration of sale shall be in the amount of _____________ PESOS

(PHP ___________ ), which shall be paid as follows, to wit:

a) That the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php

120,000.00), shall be paid upon the signing of this agreement; That upon receipt
of this initial payment SELLER shall deliver the said vehicle to the buyer; and that
the BUYER shall then be allowed to take the physical possession of the vehicle.

2. That the remaining balance in Mitsubishi is on the account of the BUYER; The
BUYER shall pay the monthly installment of __________________ (Php ________)
to the Mitsubishi starting on March 30, 2024 which will end on June 27, 2027.

3. That a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE shall be executed by the SELLER upon the full
payment of the consideration sale of the aforementioned motor vehicle by the
BUYER;

4. That the BUYER shall take ownership over the subject motor vehicle upon the
execution of the said DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE;
 WHEREAS, this agreement is made, entered and executed by both parties in good
faith and any and all stipulations set forth herein shall be duly complied with accordingly.
