ONLINE LAUNDRY SERVICE

ABSTRACT
Customers who struggle to find the time to do their clothes will find a contemporary answer in the online laundry
system. Customers can schedule laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding, via this system's web-
based platform. Additionally, customers have the option of having their laundry picked up and delivered right to
their residences. Real-time tracking, a variety of payment methods, order history, notifications, ratings and
reviews, and customer service are all provided by the system. The online laundry system offers convenience,
time savings, efficiency, and cost effectiveness, among other advantages. The technology is anticipated to better
the lives of both customers and laundry service providers while supplying the growing demand for laundry
services.
I. INTRODUCTION
Everyone must take care of the necessary daily activities, including doing the laundry. However, due to their
hectic schedules, people frequently struggle to find the time to do their laundry. Numerous laundry app solutions
have been launched in recent years to address this issue. This study seeks to present a comprehensive analysis
of one such laundry software system and its features :-
1. User-friendly design: The app's straightforward design makes it simple for users to easily book laundry
services.
2. A variety of payment methods: Customers have a choice of payment methods for laundry services, including
credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
3. Real-time tracking: Customers can track their orders using the app in real-time, allowing them to always be
aware of the status of their laundry.
4. Order history: The app keeps track of users' orders so they can access past purchases and see invoices.
5. Notifications: The app notifies users of the status of their laundry, the confirmation of their payment, and other
critical updates.
6. Ratings and reviews: Clients can assess laundry service providers and offer comments.
7. support: To help users with any questions or problems they might encounter, the app provides customer
support.

III. METHODOLOGY

Here the above diagram shows all the steps through the app for process. First we have to make our id with sign
up option, using that have to login. Then there are five screens are available that shows in above diagram that is
home scree, order screen, Book now screen, account screen, menu screen, with the help of home screen user can
select or set their location and check the price list for laundry service. After that order screen shows that order
can we view order , Then book now screen helps in to show various services , choose service and also can book
a laundry service, it subdivided into first washing and fold, second washing and ironing, and third is dry cleaning,
with this associated components user can select their service our application. As the book now screen, through
it user can place order, pick their comfort delivery time. Next is Account screen have all the information of user
and maintain profile of user with all the terms and conditions. Last menu screen provide all the information of
our application like contact us, about us that in any conditions user can contact us and also one more option there
is log out.

IV. CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the online laundry system is a useful tool that benefits both clients and laundry service providers
by providing convenience, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. Customers may book laundry services, track their
orders, and use other features with ease because to the system's user-friendly design, real-time tracking, and
several payment methods. The online washing system is a great illustration of how technology can make life
easier and better for people. The need for laundry services is anticipated to increase, and the online laundry
system will be essential in satisfying this need.
