Terms & Conditions :

1. The above quote:
Is valid for 30 days from the date of this offer.
Includes GST.
Standard delivery charges &
Standard installation charges.
15% of MRP will be charged extra for all Customized Units and is added in the above pricing.
The prices of appliances will be extra as per the model selected.
2. The above quote does not include any material cost which is not mentioned /charged here
e.g. The cost civil & electrical work, tiling, granite, sink and appliances etc.
3. Order will be treated final only after:
Receipt of final design & quote dully signed by the customer / confirmation on E-mail.
Receipt of 50% advance along with the confirmed order
4. Terms of payment:
50% of the final quote value to be paid for order processing.
Balance 50% of the quote value should be realized in the company's bank account before material dispatch.
In case of cancellation of the order for any reason at any stage, the amount collected so far shall be forfeited.

5. Delivery Period:
Dispatch after 6 weeks from Factory for Standard Units & 8 weeks for customized units from the date of processing the order.
Material will be dispatched after 5 days from the date of receipt of the final payment or realization of the same in the bank.
In case there is delay in accepting the material by the customer for any reason, demurrage
Charges @Rs.500 / Day will be charged after 7 Days of intimation of material being ready for dispatch
& the same will be deducted from the Advance Amount.
6. The material ready for dispatch will remain in go down for maximum 30 days and the order will be cancelled
and the amount paid so far will be forfeited.
7. In case the customer wants the delivery of the kitchen beyond standard time of delivery
then the same should be specified at the time of placement of the order.
8. Any transit damage of the material shall be repaired or replaced by the company at the earliest.
9. In case of any alteration at the site related to civil work or electrical work etc. after final measurement leading to
change in measurement shall be clients responsibility including increase in the cost of the material due to these changes.
10. For ensuring the quality of the installation at the site, the installers would be monitored
through a surveillance camera (wherever possible).
