Once you have decided your project idea. Now it is time to agree the full 5W’s concept and SMART objectives

The Concept:
The idea of these mini meals available for students during lunchtime, not only to create a unique, fun and relaxing moment but also to
create a moment of English tradition.
‘’Afternoon tea is an English tradition dating back to the 1800s of taking tea with three courses of finger food, sweets, scones, and
savories or tea sandwiches. It’s a delightful and relaxing time to sit back and really savor tea, treats, and good company ’’

MEASURABLE

How to measure?
Each time a ticket is sold before the event and during it the team records the sales data. At the end of the event, the team calculate the total
sales revenue generated to see if the team met their objectives.The team aim to achieve around 80% of attendees at the event to generate a
successful experience and hit our goals.

ACHIEVABLE
Based on the team resources it will be delivered a successful event by the deadline.
The team will generate a 20% of presale tickets for the event using our social media marketing strategy and word of mouth by the first week of
March 2023.
RELEVANT
The team is capable to deliver a successful event because it believes in the industry, invest effort, has passion,and problem solving skills.
The Social Media Marketing communication will boost the event and generate more leads. It will results in produce social gathering,
networking, a sense of wellbeing and meets the inflated market offering a reasonable price.
