Dear Ross Elementary Families,

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to retire at the completion of this school year. It was a very
difficult decision to leave Ross, as it has been a pleasure serving your lovely children and the entire Ross
community. I count it an honor to have had the opportunity to get to know each of you. However, after 30 years as
an elementary school educator, working with aspiring teachers at the collegiate level is where my journey is now
taking me.

Parkway will begin the search for a new building principal immediately to ensure Ross continues to have strong
instructional leadership. It's important to note that parents/guardians will have an opportunity to participate in the
process, so be on the lookout for communications from the district. Once the next principal is chosen, I will do all
that I can to ensure they experience a smooth transition into their new role.

Rest assured that providing a safe and nurturing learning environment continues to be my top priority throughout
the end of the school year. I will remain an integral part of each Ross Leaders journey and look forward to seeing
you at our school events. My door remains open to all of you, so feel free to contact me whenever needed.
