DISASTROUS JOURNEY

This happened four years ago. I was travelling with my parents to Tarragona by train.
The plan was to spend a few days and visit places like Port Aventura.

The first part of the journey was fine. About seven hours of travel awaited us until we
reached our destination, but something strange happened, the train stopped in a tunnel,
the technical problems had began and all lights gone off. There was a lot of chaos, a
woman started screaming in fear, because she was a claustrophobic person, then was
treated to calmed down. We couldn’t see anything without the light of the train itself, at
least we only had the emergency lights. A few hours later, the lights came back on, the
train driver asked us to wait at the next station to transfer all passengers to another train,
due to a breakdown.

The other train was arrived at station and we continued our journey, and we arrived at our
destination after several hours of delay, but the trauma was marked that I still remembered
it as a nightmare from which I couldn’t wake up. But, the holidays were nice and the bad
time was gone for a few days, I smiled again with my parents!
