I, John Mark Prado , 21, residing at Upper tiparak tambulig zds, being duly sworn, depose
and say:
Charles, a 22-year-old man, is walking home from work one evening. As he approaches
a dimly lit alley, he notices that he is being followed by a man. Feeling uneasy, he quickens his
pace but realizes that the man is gaining on her. Before he can react, the man grabs him from
behind and violently shoves his to the ground, attempting to steal his bag. In the struggle,
Charles sustains bruises and a minor injury to his arm. Fortunately, his loud screams draw the
attention of nearby pedestrians, and the assailant flees the scene without the bag. Charles calls
the police, who arrive promptly to take his statement and gather evidence from the crime scene.
