Physical Reporting 08/14/2023 At exactly 7 o’clock in the morning, we held our Brigada Eskwela Opening Program. This was participated by
Time-in: 7:30 AM the parents, teachers, learners, PTA and Barangay Officials and stakeholders. The presence of different groups of
Time out: 4:30 PM volunteers were acknowledged. The volunteers for this day were from the Alpha Company 82IB, 3ID PA and the
parents. With the supervision of the teachers, the volunteers from the Philippine Army did the grass cutting and
the parents did the pulling of weeds in the flower boxes.
Physical Reporting 08/15/2023 Barangay Officials of Barangay Mandog and Bagacay East did the repair of tables and chairs where the
Time-in: 7:30 AM teachers presented. The parents did the trimming of flowers outside the classrooms. The teachers facilitated in
Time out: 4:30 PM producing and cooking of snacks for the volunteers. With the supervision of the teachers, the volunteers did a great
job.
Physical Reporting 08/16/2023 In this day, the parents helped the teachers clean the school ground. They swept the cut grass that the
Time-in: 7:30 AM Philippine Army cut in their cleaning activity on Monday. The parents also took away the big stones from the
Time out: 4:30 PM ground that may cause accidents to the learners
Physical Reporting 08/17/2023 As a compliance to the order of VP Sara Duterte, the teachers with the help of the parents did the “Baklas” of
Time-in: 7:30 AM the posters in the classrooms. The teachers with the help of the parents also started painting the walls. Volunteers
Time out: 4:30 PM from MEGANS Fraternity also helped in painting the walls of the classrooms in this day. With the consistent
supervision of the teachers, the school ground was cleared and the walls were well painted.
Physical Reporting 08/18/2023 The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Members did the cleaning of the School Vegetable Garden while
Time-in: 7:30 AM the teachers continued the painting of walls tables and chairs in the classrooms. The DOLE Tupad volunteers from
Time out: 4:30 PM Barangay Bagacay West also rendered their services this day. They cleaned the school fence and pulled the weeds
in front of the school.
Physical Reporting 08/19/2023 In this day, the volunteers from PSI SIGMA PHI and SCOUTS ROYALE BROTHERHOOD helped the teachers
Time-in: 7:30 AM painting the remaining unpainted walls and chairs. The parents also helped the teachers arrange and organize the
Time out: 4:30 PM classrooms.
