SUBJECT : Conduct of “Laro ng Lahi 2024”

DATE : May 22, 2024

1. Reference: IMPLAN of Laro ng Lahi 2024

2. This pertains to the opening of Laro ng Lahi 2024 will be participated by

personnel of municipal and city police stations, 1st and 2nd ISPMFC, PSUs and
personnel of the provincial office. The events/games involved are Tug of War, Sack
Race, Patintero, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Arm Wrestling and 100-meter
sprint.

3. In this regard, advised the following to adhere the guidance for the Opening
of Laro ng Lahi 2024.

All  Advised Head of Office, COP/OIC and PMFCs to

Unit/Office/Stations/PMFC attend the Opening. Attire: Team Uniform;
s  Ensure all players of all categories will attend the
Opening Ceremony. Attire: Team Uniform;
 Designate three (3) personnel for Station and
PMFC and two (2) personnel for PSU to attend the
parade. Attire: Athletic (Short for men & Pants for
Women);
 Prepare Yell for each team; and
 Designate one muse and prepare their pick- up
lines.
PTOIC officer  To designate personnel to man the PA System
during the parade and the opening ceremony
GSO Officer  Ensure the availability of driver of E-bike to be
utilized during the parade;
 Make placard for the identification of teams at the
covered court;
 To supervise the preparation of lighting of torch
PCADU  To prepare Welcome Remarks of DPDA
Training Officer  To Facilitate the preparation of the activity and

OIC, Caoayan MPS
ensure all requirements;
 Designate Usherette;
 Detail PSSg Mary Dianne G De Vera and Pat
Geowena B Velasco as Emcee; and
 PCPT MEDEL PERINION lead the lighting of torch.
 Coordinate with Caoayan National Highschool for
the availability of Marching Band on the Opening
Ceremony and Ferry them to this Camp.
