our construction sites. The Housing Authority has issued a memo outlining specific prevention
measures that must be taken to safeguard against potential hazards. (see Appendix, a memo

In light of the impending typhoon season, it is essential to prioritize the safety of tower cranes.
Strong winds can pose a significant threat, and therefore, it is paramount that all precautionary
measures are in place and properly enforced. You are advised to oversee the timely completion of
these safety measures before the arrival of any typhoons.
Please note that following the lowering of typhoon signals, it is the main contractor's responsibility
to conduct thorough inspections of all areas and carry out any required remedial works to maintain
a safe environment at the sites.
Your attention to these prevention measures is vital to safeguard the well-being of all individuals
involved in our construction sites and to uphold the standards of safety and compliance. Thank you
for your cooperation and prompt action in this matter.
