1. Draining of chilled water before wye strainer cleaning.
2. Provision of manpower and tools for the cleaning of AHU CHW wye strainer.
3. Checking of CHW isolation valve inside the AHU room through valve handle movement only.

B. AHU Blower Section Body Leak Repair


1. Repair of AHU rusted/deteriorated housing panel and frame at the AHU room door side.

C. AHU Damper Setting


1. Erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
2. Increase the return air volume damper opening of 150 TR AHU from 50% to 90% open.
