In line with the creation of the DPWH Team pursuant to Special Order (S.O.) No. 62, series of 2024,
"Creation of the DPWH Team for the Drafting of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Institutionalizing the Mandatory Tree planting in All DPWH Flood Control Projects'', a Technical
Working Group (lwG) is hereby created to support and assist the DPWH Team for the drafting of
the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in all DPWH flcod control projects,

The "/G shall coordinate and facjljtate the conduct of meetings and consultations for the drafting
of the MOA with concerned government agencies such as, but not limited to, the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of the Interior and Local
Government (DILG), whenever necessary, and perform such other functions as may be assigned
by the DPWH Team for the accomplishment of the objectives of this Order.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
