To Susie Care, ETC, and Binawan,

We hope this message finds you well. We need to discuss our contract with Susie Care and Binawan and
some related matters about our learning process.

Previously, we received Dutch language training sponsored by Yomema for 6 months at ETC. Following
the 6-month course at ETC, there was a 3-month mentorship program with a Dutch language teacher,
followed by an additional 6-month period of extra Dutch language mentorship and continued learning
until the end of 2023. However, despite these efforts, the Yomema program remained in a challenging
position.

Due to issues that led to the cancellation of our departure with Yomema, it has caused various difficulties,
including in our performance, career, and mental well-being. Especially in our job search, we have had to
wait for certainty to start working again due to contractual obligations, making it very difficult to secure
new employment lately. We have only recently managed to find new jobs, and we haven't even completed
one year of employment yet. These challenges have affected our resumes. Additionally, we have contracts
with the companies where we currently work.

Furthermore, at our workplaces (hospital and school), they operate on a contract system. If we leave
before completing one year, we will incur a penalty fee from the company. However, we are striving to
rejoin Dutch language learning as soon as possible.

Therefore, as ex Yomema, we kindly request relief assistance from Susie Care, ETC, and Binawan to
provide us with online Dutch language reviews or conduct our classes online. This way, we can continue
learning/reviewing the Dutch language we have already studied while working.
