in one hour. I also visit Nagoya, Batam Center, and Galang Island. I didn’t forget to go shopping there. Okay,

Dear Kirlan,
Hi! How are you Kirlan? I hope everything is all right. I’ll tell you my last holiday. Last week, I went to
East Java for holiday. On the first day, I went Mount Bromo. I stayed at Cemara Lawang, Probolinggo. It has a big
garden with lots of colorful flowers and a fish pond.
The next day, my aunt, my uncle, my cousins, and I saw Gunung Batok and went on scenic ride on horse
back. It was scary. Then, we went to get a closer took at the mountain, we took a picture of beautiful sceneries
there.
On the last day, we went to the zoo at Wonokromo. We saw Cocklatos having shower. In the afternoon, we
went home. It was fun.

Do you know if you are too fat, you may have serious problem with your health? A group of doctors wrote
a report about some of the effects of too much fat.
One of the important effect is on the heart. If you are fat, yout heart has to work harder. This may lead to
other heart problem.
In addition, extra fat can also change the amount of sugar in your blood. This can cause serious disease
such as diabetes.
Futhermore high blood pressure is another posible result of being fat. More studies are needed about all
these problems but one thing is clear, extra fat may make your life shorter.
