in this challange my goal is to decrease body fat percentage and gain some
musclemass
i will tell you what i am eating on daily basis to complete my nutrients(protien)
reqiurement
and in workout as we are doing home workout we will show variations in workout
so that body can get different stimuli which will help in muscle growth
