sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the President of MCH PRIME HOLDING CORP, the owner

of the property located at Malinao General Luna;

2. That, I hereby authorized, FRANCIS A AFRICA, owner of Drift

B&B Beach House to occupy the said property, without monetary charges.

3. I am issuing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, to

comply with the requirements of his application for Building Permit, Business
Permit, and/or other government permit/s, utilities such telephone line, electricity
and other utilities in Surigao City.
