Action plan for defect rectification works to submitted to MEA on Manday 27-05-2024

In order to submit a technically sound and workable solution for the critical defect rectifications for
the subject work to MEA on Monday following responsibilities are distributed:

All the above activities are to be concluded by Sunday 26-05-2024 and submitted to Vertical Head/
BPA so that the same can be briefed to MEA on Monday.

Apart from above regarding defect rectification works following officers to keep regular follow up
with AFCONS for early/ timely completion of the same :
1) A5 built drawings - Sh Bishen, Sr. Manager/C
2) Jetty/ airstrip defect rectification works - Sh Ashish Srivastav, Sr. Manager/C

For finalisation of rates of 330 defect rectification items, Sh Mahesh from AFOCNS will be available
in RITES HQ on Friday 24-05-2024. Ms Manviya, JGM/Buildings & Sh Guiab Prajapati, Ms Manviya,
JGM/Airports from HQ alongwith Sh N.S Rawat, GM/C (& his team from Agalega) to undertake this
exercise for early conclusion.
