THE PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN

THE STUDENT AND THE TUTOR

FEES PAYABLE TO THE TUTOR

Fees shall be fixed at RM55 per hour.

According to the agreement, the duration of the class will be 4 hours in a month. Hence,
the total monthly fee is RM220.

PAYMENT

The fees shall be paid early of each month.

For example, if classes are being commenced on November, then the fees shall be paid on (1st November).
Grace period of 2 days is given for student who are unable to make the payment on the 1st of every month.

SCHEDULE OF LESSONS

Lessons are scheduled based on the discussion between the student and the tutor. If there are any chances made in
the future pertaining the timing of the lesson, that shall be the final agreement.

LATE ARRIVAL AND CHANGE OF SCHEDULE

Fees are calculated according to the scheduled time agreed upon by the tutor and student. No adjustment to fees
shall be made for time due to late arrival by the student or by early termination of session by the student.
Any lost time due to the late arrival of the tutor shall be compensated by extending the lesson by mutual agreement
and by such amount of time that was lost.
Class cancellation shall be informed one day prior to the actual class. Failure to do so, classes will not be replaced.

 OBLIGATIONS OF THE TUTOR

The tutor undertakes to do all preperation prior to lessons and to structure lessions in such a way as to optimize
etime to the benefit of the student. The tutor shall keep confidential all information of the student and shall contact
other parties involved in the education of the student only if given written permission by the student, or student's
guardian, to do so. The tutor shall at no time be required or obliged to execute homework or assignment on behalf of
the student.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT

The student undertakes to assist the tutor in identifying problem areas in which the student needs specific tutoring. The
student agrees to provide their own materials needed for each tutoring session. The student agrees that assignments,
exerviceses, or homework form an integral part of tutoring and undertakes to complete such work timeously.

STATUS OF THE TUTOR

It is expressly understood that the student retains the services of the tutor as an independed contractor and not as
an emplyee. The tutor shall be responsible for his/her insurance and for all statutory declarations and
contributions with regard to income tax.

TERMINATION

This agreement holds a six(6) months contract. This is solely for the benefit of the student and the tutor in order to
achieve the goals set by the student.
Failure to complete the 6 months duration of the lessons, there will be penalty imposed on the student.

A payment of 2 months class fees shall be paid to the tutor as a penalty. For
example, if your fees is RM200, then, the penalty imposed is RM400.

WHOLE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understandin ebtween the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and
the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained
